-Payments are made through PayPal or Ko-Fi.
-The payment can be returned only in the lineart stage, after that step you can discuss the percentage of return, not to exceed 50%.
-Delivered in 3 to 7 days.
-The work time varies according to the complexity and amount of active jobs.
-In the event that the waiting time exceeds one week, we will notify you in advance.

✧ GENERAL TERMS ✧

-Illustrations are charged per extra character and/or background, ask for the price when requesting the commission.
-A maximum of 5 changes can be made to the sketch, however, at the third correction, half of the fee must be paid to secure the work.
-Changes after the lineart will have an extra charge that depends on the level of progress and complexity.
-The extra fee per change can be from $1 to $10.
-Progress will be sent as its completed.
-If the work cannot be made public (work in stream, post the process on social media, etc.), please let us know in advance to avoid future problems.
-Work cannot be recolored, traced or resold without prior conversation.
-Giving credit when using or publishing the work would be appreciated.
